These terms of use of the platform multicom-network.com (hereinafter - the "Platform") (hereinafter - the "Terms") regulate the legal relationship between the operator of the Platform Multicom Network (hereinafter - "we", "us") and the users of the Platform (hereinafter - "the user ”, “you”).

Please read the Terms carefully as they govern your use of Platform services. By accessing, using or attempting to use Platform services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access Platform or utilize Platform services.

1. Our Services
1.1. We ensure the operation of the Platform and offer various services in it, for example, the possibility to make investments, receive tokens commissions and other services when they become available.
1.2. We can show you advertising and paid content, including according to various general parameters chosen by the advertiser.
1.3. We have created a separate Privacy Policy that is binding on both us and all users.

2. Rights and obligations
2.1. We want to provide everyone with an engaging, comfortable and safe Platform environment, so we ask our users to provide only true information about themselves. The creation of fake, false, parody profiles, animal or similar profiles is prohibited.
2.2. One person is allowed to create and maintain only one profile. Several persons may not be registered in one profile.
2.3. If you want to add a profile picture to your profile, take into account that the other Platform users will be able to see it.
2.4. You are prohibited from disclosing your Platform access data to other persons. If actions are performed on the Platform from your profile, for example, services are purchased, it is considered that such actions have been performed with your consent.
2.5. The Platform is available to users from the age of 18.
2.6. We can deny access to the profile and/or the possibility to create a new profile, if we have previously found violations of the Terms by the user.
2.7. Although we invite you to report any inconsistencies and violations, we are not responsible for the actions of other persons on the Platform.
2.8. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons, however we will do our best to restore the Platform as soon as possible. Our liability may be limited in cases of force majeure. Likewise, we are not responsible for indirect and accidental damages.
2.9. All proprietary rights to the Platform belong exclusively to us. In the event of a violation of these rights, the guilty party (a) may be held liable in accordance with the laws and regulations and (b) is fully responsible for all damages that have been or may be caused to us and third parties.
2.10. For bringing the Platform into disrepute, the user may be blocked from accessing the account and may be prohibited from further cooperation with us.
2.11. You are allowed to indicate in your profile a website developed and/or maintained by you or a third party, provided that (a) it is not a SCAM project or platform (b) it is not a competing platform (c) it is not related to content of a pornographic nature.

2.12. You as a member in Multicom - Network are responsible for income tax payments in your country. 

3. Payments
3.1. The Platform offers the possibility of payments in cryptocurrency USDT-TRC20 network.
3.2. If the new user of the Platform makes any payment, he agrees to the rules of the platform and is responsible for the deposited funds and is aware of the fact that losses may occur if the platform does not operate according to the system provided for by the Platform.
3.3. You will be able to receive paid services after the investment has been made. The value of each service is indicated next to its description. All investment options are listed on the USDT-TRC20 network.
3.4. We have the right to change investment plans at any time at our discretion. Value changes apply and are applicable from the moment the next investment is made.
3.5. You can make investment by choosing one of the plans offered on the Platform, by transferring the relevant amount, specified in cryptocurrency USDT, to the cryptocurrency wallet specified in the payment order of the Platform.
3.6. Paid and free services may be available on the Platform in the future. The developers of such services may be third parties. Both we and third parties have the right to terminate the offer of services with prior notice.
3.7. If (a) you delete your profile or (b) your access to the Platform is restricted or your profile is deleted in connection with a violation of these Terms, you will not be refunded for the paid services and/or investments.
3.8. The type and currency of payments may change depending on the market situation and stability.

3.9.When you make a deposit you must enter the first name and the last name as it is registered in account! 

If not then there may accure issues with verification!

3.10.Every deposit on coinpayments is made in USDT TRC20

3.11.You can withdraw once a day untill your address will be whitelisted for auto verification withdrawal. 

3.12.All withdrawals are done up to 48 hours. 

4. Procedure for consideration of disputes
4.1. All disputes between us and you are settled through negotiations, so we encourage you to contact us first. We will consider the complaint and provide an answer no later than within 30 days.
4.2. If (a) a dispute has arisen between us as a service provider and you as a consumer and (b) your complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree with our answer, you can send us a written submission electronically, indicating your name, contact information, the date, nature of the dispute, your claim and its justification.

5. Conclusion
5.1. These Terms are a binding contract between us and you in connection with the use of the Platform and the services and investments offered therein.
5.2. We have the right to amend and supplement the Terms. All changes to the Terms come into force after they are published on the Platform. In case of significant changes (for example, if users' rights are restricted), we will inform you about the changes in advance. You have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract without any sanctions (by deleting your profile) if you do not agree with the new version of the Terms. If changes to the Terms refer to paid services, such changes do not affect already paid services and the changes are applied to services and/or subscriptions purchased in the future.
5.3. We have the right to suspend, block or delete profiles, as well as limit or deny access to the Platform temporarily or indefinitely, if the user does not comply with these Terms or we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms. We will inform the user of such our decision and the relevant reasons.
5.4. Rules 3.2, 3.7, 4, 5.4. and 5.5, 5.6. point remains valid even after this contract is terminated.
5.5. If we receive recommendations from you about our services and other things related to the Platform, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable and free of charge to implement and use such recommendations.
5.6. If there are no active transactions on the Platform starting from the last transaction date within a period of 24 months, we as Platform developers have the right to suspend and close the Platform forever.

Privacy Policy

These rules determine how Multicom Network (hereinafter referred to as Multicom) processes the personal data of users of the Multicom platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) and what rights the users have. In the "My Profile" section of the Platform, you have the right to manage, correct and delete the information provided by you. You can contact us by writing an e-mail.

1. What information we process
1.1. To register on the Platform, you need to create your profile. Before registration, you must provide your basic information, such as name, surname, e-mail address, and the address of the crypto-currency wallet in the USDT-TRC20 network, to which you will then receive all commissions earned on the Platform.
1.2. After creating a profile, you have the right to specify additional information, for example, to post a profile picture, to change the cryptocurrency wallet.
1.3. If you make payments for services available on the Platform (for example, for one of the 10 (ten) offered subscriptions), we process information related to such transactions.

1.4. If you make payments for services available on the Platform you are paying for platforms algorythm usage, but if member is not active for 6 months you lose your lifetime support and we are not obligated to keep platform operational!

2. For what purposes we process information
We process your personal data and other information to:
2.1. provide you with the opportunity to receive the services offered on the Platform;
2.2. maintain and improve our services, as well as develop new services;
2.3. verify identity and prevent illegal use of profiles, as well as ensure a safe Platform environment;
2.4. protect your, our and other users' interests (for example, if the Platform is used for illegal activities);
2.5. would provide you with answers and contact you in matters of interest to you, or inform you of changes in the rules.

3. How others can access your information
3.1. The data specified in your profile (for example, name, phone country code and the last 5 digits, profile picture) is and will be available only to the person whose invitation link (hereinafter - referral) you will have used, as well as to the Platform maintainers.
3.2. The content that you publish on your profile can be viewed both on a computer and also in a mobile app (for example, smartphones, tablets, etc.).
3.3. We may use the products of other service providers, and such products are subject to their terms of use and privacy, which are binding on you if you are a user of the Platform.

4. How we process personal data
4.1. We can process non-personalized information (for example, about the number of users of the Platform, about the effectiveness of advertisements, if advertisements could be introduced in the near or distant future).
4.2. Third-party advertisements may be placed on the platform and may be displayed or sent to you, including in an interactive manner. We never transfer information about users and their personal data to advertisers.
4.3. Your personal data under no circumstances can be transferred to other persons or processed in other cases, if we have not received your consent.
4.4. Providing personal data is a prerequisite for creating a profile and receiving services from us.

5. How you can manage your personal data
5.1. You have the right to choose the privacy level of your profile yourself and adjust it accordingly (in the "My Profile" section). You have the right to add, correct or delete the data, content and information specified in your profile, as well as delete the entire profile.
5.2. Take into account that the Platform is available to other users, so the content of the images you publish will be visible to the person whose Referral you will have used.
5.3. We store and process your data until your profile is deleted. After the profile is deleted, the personal data is permanently deleted and it is no longer possible to restore the profile.
5.4. You have the right to deactivate or delete your profile at any time. If the profile is deleted, then all the information and content that you have made public will be deleted, including on the Telegram channel, but some information may not be deleted because it is not linked to your profile (for example, letters sent to other people privately on the Telegram channel).
5.5. You have the right to submit a complaint about the processing of your personal data to a supervisory authority.
